I&#039;m 42 and just learning to speak up and stand up for myself, after years of allowing people to walk all over me.  Talk about a challenge and being out of my comfort zone!  But, I&#039;m demanding respect, saying what&#039;s on my mind instead of staying quiet, and getting the results I deserve!  Imagine that!  It&#039;s a great feeling.</description>
